At EXcellar, we are committed to providing high-quality agricultural products to farmers and partners across India. Due to the nature of our products (perishable, regulated, and climate-dependent), we follow a strict but fair refund and replacement policy.

🚫 Refund Policy
As a general rule, EXcellar does not offer cash refunds on any product once sold, except under specific conditions mentioned below.

Seeds and agrochemicals are time-sensitive and quality-assured at the time of packing, and therefore non-refundable after dispatch unless:

The product was wrongly delivered

The product is damaged or expired on arrival

The packaging is tampered, leaked, or compromised in transit

There is a valid complaint backed by proof and agronomic testing (subject to lab evaluation)

🔄 Replacement Policy
If your product meets any of the above conditions, we will gladly offer a replacement of the same product (or closest equivalent if unavailable).

To be eligible for replacement:
Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery

Share photo/video evidence of the issue

Provide invoice/order details clearly

Ensure product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (unless it arrived damaged)

🚚 Return Pickup & Process
Return pickup (if applicable) will be arranged through our logistics partners.

In some cases, the customer may be asked to ship the product back.

Upon inspection and approval, a replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

⚠️ Non-Replaceable Items
We will not be able to replace products in the following cases:

Product opened/used

Complaint raised after 48 hours

Issues due to improper storage, weather, or usage not as per guidance

No valid proof shared with the claim
