Welcome to EXcellar. By accessing or placing an order on our website www.excellar.co.in, through WhatsApp, phone call, or any other means, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
“EXcellar”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to EXcellar Production Pvt. Ltd.

“Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to anyone purchasing products or interacting with our services.

“Products” refers to seeds, agrochemicals, and all agri-inputs offered by EXcellar.

2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, availability, and visuals are accurate. However, EXcellar reserves the right to:

Modify or discontinue any product without prior notice

Correct any typographical errors or inaccuracies

Limit order quantities in cases of shortage or high demand

3. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed via website, WhatsApp, authorized agents, or over the phone.

Full payment must be made in advance via approved payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, cards, etc.).

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch products within 2–5 business days of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines depend on location, logistics partners, and external factors.

EXcellar is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, transport strikes, or courier mishandling.

5. Return & Replacement Policy
Seeds and agrochemicals are perishable and regulated products, hence non-returnable once opened or used.

Replacement will be considered only if:

Product is damaged in transit (proof required)

Wrong item delivered

Manufacturing defect (as per test/lab report)

Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as evidence.

6. Warranty Disclaimer
All our products are sold in good faith and tested under controlled conditions. However, results may vary based on:

Soil health

Climate conditions

Farming practices

EXcellar will not be liable for performance variation due to external or environmental factors beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property
All logos, packaging designs, brand names, website content, and product labels are the intellectual property of EXcellar Production Pvt. Ltd.
Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
EXcellar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including crop failure or financial loss, arising from the use or misuse of our products.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. In case of disputes, the jurisdiction will lie with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms
EXcellar may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage customers to review them periodically.
